OAUIS WEBSITE AND RESULT CHECKING
Dear Parents,
We appreciate you for sending your child to our school for a well rounded education. We want to assure you that you have made the right choice.
Students Terminal Results.
The School has stopped the use of paper and pen to provide students’ academic result since April 2014. All the students’ terminal results can now be viewed on the school web site.
Please follow the steps below to if you have not set your password.
- Log-on to the school website “oauis.oauife.edu.ng”
- Click ‘Portal’ – (It is next to Home tab at the top of the page). This will take you to OAUIS Parent Portal site.
- Click login – (the third tab)
- Go down the page and supply your phone number. (This must be the number we have on our record)
- Click ‘Get Passcode’ button and stay on the page for the passcode to be sent to your phone. (You are advised to use a phone that can stay on the webpage if you are using your phone to browse the internet otherwise use another device to browse the internet in other to complete the tasks before leaving the page).
- Proceed if you see ‘Action Successful ! Enter your passcode and proceed.’
- Supply the passcode sent to your phone in the appropriate field.
- Choose your password (any password of your choice) and confirm it.
- Click set password button.
Follow the steps below after you have set the password
1. Type the admission number.
The admission numbers of the new students will be on the ‘admission’ tab from the third week in the first term to the second week in the third term every session. The admission numbers of other students are on their previous results from the school.
2. Supply the password you chose.
This is not the pass code sent to your phone. The pass code is useful only for setting the password. The pass code is no more useful after setting the password.
3. Click ‘Login!’ – This will take you to the Result Checking Panel.
4. Select the child’s name, class, term, year and type of result.
5. Click “search result”.
Please note if you have more than one child and you registered all of them with the same phone number you just have to set the password for any one of them to get the results of all of them.
6. For subsequent results use the admission number and the password you have just created, you do not need to reset the password again. If you have forgotten or misplaced the password contact the school by email for help.

| 2 | “Invalid Login Detail provided.” | Be sure of the password or check Caps Lock. |
| 3 | “This Admission Number is NOT available in this school”. | Check the admission number or contact the school for the correct admission number. The slash in the number is forward slash “/” |
| 4 | “Sorry, it seems this Result is not available. Kindly contact the school”. | Check the class. If you are not sure of the class try other classes or contact the school. |
| 5 | “This result is WITHHELD”. | Maybe the student is indebted to the school for anything. Please contact the school. |
| 6 | “The Result for this term is yet to be published officially. Check later”. | Check that you have chosen the right term or year. |
| 7 | The pass code is not received. | Try later it may be due to network, if the problem persists contact the school. |
| 8 | Unable to log in. | Contact the school for help. |
| 9 | Error in the recorded scores. | Contact the subject teacher concerned or send an email to the school stating the students name, class, term, session and error(s). |

The website has different sections. These sections are:
Home – For general information.
Portal – For checking students’ academic results.
About Us – For brief information and history about the school.
Admission – For anything relating to the admission into the school. Like admission form fee, entrance examination information, admission status, admission number etc. can be found here.
Fee(s) – For all approved fees.
Calendar – For school academic calendar and possible public holiday in a session.
Contact Us – For contact addresses and mobiles of different departments in the school. Please use this tab anytime you have complaints and inquiry.
Gallery – For Videos and photographs of events by the school.
News – for the end of term news brief.
Textbooks – For the list of books and other teaching materials.
We encourage the parents to please use this provision all the time in order to save time and resources.
As a reminder we would like you to always use ‘Contact Us’ tab to know the appropriate person to contact in the school when there is need for complaints and inquiries. Or you can send an email to oauinternationalschool@gmail.com.
You can download the result checking app from the homepage of the result checking portal, this will save much time in checking students’ results.
